I'd have to say that this one hits pretty close to true. Firstly, blue and purple have been my most favorite colors for as long as I can remember. And, I don't know how limitless my knowledge is, but I am that person who many people in my life come to, for advice, a kind ear, an honest opinion, that sort of thing. And, I'm not quite sure how I do it sometimes, but I'm almost always able to seem calm on the outside, even when I'm running around in frantic circles, tearing out my hair by the handfuls and beating my forehead on the ground, on the inside.

In fact, just last week, I was having one of the crappiest days ever, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. I was on the verge of tears for the entire morning, and I was able to keep myself contained only by throwing myself into my job. Then, after lunch, I was talking to one of my coworkers and she said, "I wanted to ask you... how is it that you keep so 'up' all the time? You're always so mellow and unflustered. How do you do it?"

On the inside, I started laughing hysterically. You know, that laughter that has just enough crazy in it to make most people look for a safe place to hide. But, on the outside, I just smiled and said, "Clean living. Well, except for the opium."

Y'all, I should get an Academy Award or something. Or, at least a pile of chocolate chip cookies.
