36.
I've always liked the number 36. I'm not exactly sure why. I like that it has a large number of factors -- 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 36. (Yes, I am kind of a math nerd like that. It's part of my charm. Shaddup, it is so.) I like that it has an even square root. Something about the symmetry of it, maybe, or the fact that there's a three, and then if you take two threes, you get a six, and hey! There's a six right there. I don't know. That probably made no sense at all, except in my own head.
But maybe, just maybe, all of those reasons and qualities about the number I admire are symbolic. A variety of factors, meaning a flexibility and a resiliance that not all of the other numbers have. An even square root, meaning that, at its core, there's an even stability.
36. There's kind of... a confident mystery about it. Like, I'm calm and cool and I know stuff. Oh, tell you? Maybe. If you prove as cool as me, you might find out. A puzzle, waiting for me to unlock the mystery.
Maybe.
I hope so. Because if it's worse than 35, I may just go ahead and join the circus.

A fairly accurate read, for a "plug in two pieces of random data that actually applies to thousands of other, probably very different, people" uh, thingie.
However, I hope that when they say "meditating", they mean "frantically spinning a million-trillion thought webs a day in my tired little noggin, tearing them down with a mental broom and a brain duster, and starting over the next day". Because meditating sounds far too peaceful for what I do. But the rest of it? I'll buy for a dollar.
Happy Birthday, to me.
